Elvira Gascón came to Mexico as part of the Spanish exile and here built a body of work of elegant lines and almost Hellenic figures. The Museo Kaluz devotes to her a show of some ninety pieces, mostly from the Kaluz Collection and her daughter’s holdings, with emphasis on painting, where the artist made her most notable contributions.
